Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check out.
Please note that shipping during the winter months (November through February) may take longer due to unpredictable weather and the holiday season.
Currently we only ship to Canada & The United States. If you are from elsewhere please email me info@karalynscraftshack.com and we can discuss shipping rates to you.
We currently only offer shipping through Canada Post and it generally takes anywhere from 7 -14 days to arrive at your destination.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which
will include a tracking number you can to check the status. Please allow 48 hours
to for tracking to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at
info@karalynscraftshack.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at info@karalynscraftshack.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. I will address this on a case by case basis but will try my very best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
*Please request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
*If you are not happy with your item please email me and I will do my best to make it right.
*Personalized items can not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Items will be refunded if they are damaged or re-made and shipped out again.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
